Due to the nature of the services and products provided by 10Tier.com, the level of effort that begins the same day a purchase is made, and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a strict 3-day return policy from the initial date of purchase. Therefore, we will not accept refund requests after 3-days of doing business.

Cancellation Policy

It is your sole responsibility to terminate all subscriptions to services by either logging into your Paypal account or by calling us 3 business days before the subscription payment is scheduled to be processed. Any scheduled payment processed will not be refunded. Once your subscription has been canceled your website, hosting, advertisements and any additional services provided will also be canceled. It is your responsibility to transfer all website files and related website information prior to the cancelation of your subscription as all files, directories, and related website andaccount information will be purged from our system.
